Rosie HW For Autograph- Product review
I can't begin to tell you all how excited I was when I saw this for the first time. Not only is Rosie HW one of the most beautiful women i've ever seen, her makeup and look is always flawless, and right up my street so yeah, I was SO excited to try this.
The plain fact the packaging is all rose gold excited me before I even tried the make-up. Anybody who knows me will know how crazy I am for anything rose gold! The packaging is just so gorgeous and delicate, very girly and sleek, also not to bulky so great for putting in your handbag or a mini makeup bag!
I haven't tried everything unfortunately, as I only ordered a few bits online, and then the other bits I wanted wasn't in stock in store. I did however try to buy the mascara in my local store, and when I got to the till the lady said she couldn't sell me it because I think it was being re-called? So if anyone knows about that or if it was just my store I would love to know. I was so excited to try the mascara especially so was gutted I couldn't get it in store!
Eyeliner-Here
I would like to start by saying it takes a lot in an eyeliner for me to like it. I am really picky when it comes to eyeliners but I just loved this one. It lasts all day, is so pigmented and black ( how i like it, not sure if its available in any other colours!) I found it stayed on my lash line and water line literally all day, it didn't smudge or half come off as soon as I walked out the door as other pencils do! I also used this on the top of my eyes for my flick and it did an amazing job there too which surprised me as I usually always ever use gels but could actually get a really nice straight bold line with this. I will definatley be buying this again, it is well up there with my fave eyeliners; in-fact I think my favourite!
Concealer-Here
I once again love the packaging and big round pen type style of this concealer, I got it in the shade 1 (lightest) and find it has really good coverage and also highlights slightly, so would also be a good concealer to use with a BB cream to create a light 'no makeup' look, you could almost wear this on your own just to brighten up your bags and blemishes. Another product doing the range proud and I highly recommend it!
Lip glossy-Here
Ok so this is a big one. These officially are my favourite lip glosses I have ever used, EVER. Thats a big statement as I use a lot of lip glosses! They're so pigmented and pretty and girly, I can't explain how much I love them I literally use them all the time. I ordered 'my girl best friend' online and loved it once I tried it. This is a very neutral shade and a lovely finish to a basic makeup or if your doing a heavy smokey eye they finish the lip off perfectly. They leave your lips feeling so soft and the lip gloss is not at all sticky on your lips. I then bought 'sweet nothing kisses' in store and wow, I haven't stopped wearing it since. I could bang on about how much I love these all day, It's the perfect lip gloss in my eyes.
Sorry for the awful swatches, the light one is my girl best friend and the pinkier one is sweet nothing kisses. They are much more beautiful than they look in my bad lighting room!
So that is all I have tried so far. I bought these literally as soon as they was released and I have just gone onto the M&S site to get links and the range is so much bigger now so will be having another little look! They're high-end high-street prices, the lip sticks and glosses are similar price to mac. However for the quality of the makeup the prices really are so reasonable, as the makeup is somewhat similar to Charlotte Tilbury in my opinion.
